IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  MIDDLE SCHOOL NEWS AND EVENTS

MS After School Message Procedure   RICHMOND MIDDLE SCHOOL: Messages received during the day will be delivered to students at the beginning of 6th hour! Only EXTREME emergency messages will be delivered after that time. MESSAGES WILL NOT BE DELIVERED TO STUDENTS AFTER 1:30....UNLESS IT IS AN EMERGENCY. The educational process is negatively impacted when a teacher/class is constantly interrupted. Thank you for your cooperation regarding this matter.

Box Tops for Education
Bring in your Box Tops for Education and win a Hat Day for your grade! Each month we will be collecting Box Tops, and the grade that has collected the most will win the privilege of having a Hat Day. Just bring in your Box Tops and deposit them in the containers in the office. They will be counted at the end of the month, and the winning grade will be announced the following week.

Students of the Month
There are many students in Richmond Middle School who make our school a positive place to work and study during the course of the school year. With this in mind, the Richmond Middle School Staff would like to recognize two students from the 7th grade and 8th grade and students from the 5th and 6th grade classrooms for "Student of the Month". These students are honored for their ability to get along with classmates and teachers, their willingness to accept responsibility, and for being a positive influence for others.

The students of the month for March are:

5th grade:

Emma Murphy, Matthew Teltow, Emmelia Rhein and Kaitlyn Sears

 6th grade:

            Madelyn Bean and Bryce Germain

7th grade:

            Shannon Gaffney and Devin Nettles

8th grade:

            Erik Brinkey and Emma Smith
